Welcome to flowhomedeco. By accessing our website or booking design services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.
All design services, decluttering sessions, and consultations require a signed service agreement and a non-refundable deposit prior to project initiation. The deposit amount varies based on project scope and is clearly outlined in your service agreement.
Consultation appointments must be rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a rescheduling fee. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the consultation service cost.
All mood boards, floor plans, styling photographs, and custom designs created by flowhomedeco remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred under contract. Clients may use these materials for personal purposes only. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without permission is strictly prohibited.
Full payment for services is due upon project completion unless otherwise specified in your service agreement. Late payments may be subject to a 5% monthly interest charge. All fees are quoted in USD and are non-refundable after service delivery.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate project information and reasonable access to their property for on-site services. Any delays caused by lack of access or incomplete information may affect project timelines.
All design services are provided on a best-effort basis. While we strive to exceed expectations, results may vary based on individual preferences, property constraints, and third-party product availability.
